SKILL LEVEL & COMMISSION
› COMMISSION GRID Your Gapless commission depends on your tier AND your level
The higher your skill level and subscription, the lower your Gapless commission.
Commission charged on the net price of each session (excluding player service fees).
Your commission never goes below 5%, whatever happens. The referral programme rewards the referrer with one free AI cut; it does not buy commission points.
Beginner to Intermediate: 30h of coaching delivered in a calendar month. The new level applies from the first day of the month after, never mid-month.
Staying Intermediate: keep 30h in each calendar month. A month below it sends the level back to Beginner the month after.
Intermediate → Certified: promotion to Certified is manual. It depends on your notoriety (number of followers on your social networks) or on your seniority at Intermediate level on the site (number of months). Request it by opening a ticket on our Discord; the GAPLESS team reviews case by case.
The Beginner level is automatic upon sign-up. Promotions to Intermediate and Certified are granted manually by the GAPLESS team, on request via a Discord ticket. A coach who arrives on GAPLESS with an already-established community (followers on their social networks) can request to go straight to Intermediate or Certified via a Discord ticket.
14 days every 60 days, you can switch on vacation mode: those days leave your monthly count, so the hours threshold is lowered in proportion and a break never costs you your level.
PAID VIDEOS
› PAID VIDEOS Beyond the free quota, charge for your videos
Once you reach your free video quota (5 / 20 / 50 depending on your tier), you can charge players for your content. Two modes to choose from.
Minimum price set by Gapless: €8 per video. You're free to set a higher price based on the value of your content.
You decide your pack's price and the number of videos included. The positioning is yours: more accessible to attract more players, or premium to showcase your expertise.
You freely choose between A and B in your coach settings. Both options are shown on the player side to maximize conversion.
