Coaches set their own hourly rate; GAPLESS neither sets nor caps it, so the price is whatever the coach on the profile asks. On top of that you pay a fixed booking fee of 0.50 EUR per checkout, and a service fee of 10% of the session price capped at 8 EUR if you are on the free plan. Subscribers pay 0% service fee.

GAPLESS keeps a commission on the session price, between 20% and 6% depending on the coach subscription and level, and it is deducted from the coach, not added to your bill. The booking fee also goes to GAPLESS. Commission never drops below 5%, and nothing else is taken.

No, in both directions. Booking works on the free plan, and so does creating a coach profile and selling on it. A subscription removes the service fee for players, and buys coaches a lower commission, more room on their profile and AI helpers. It never buys the right to be on the platform.

The player pays at booking and the money goes to GAPLESS, not to the coach directly. The coach share, commission already deducted, is held in escrow and released 7 days after the payment, then paid out to their Stripe account. Coaches whose plan includes accelerated payouts get it in 2 days.

To cash out, yes. GAPLESS pays a declared business, never a private individual, and does not handle anyone tax or social contributions. To create a profile and start selling, no: you can be live and taking bookings before your payout account exists, and the money simply waits in escrow until it does.

Yes, 15, the digital consent age in French law. Age is declared once and checked on the server, not in the browser. An account that declares an age below 15 is deleted, and nothing is kept from it beyond an anonymous line in a refusal log.

No. Anyone can open a coach profile and publish availability, with no application, audition or waiting list, and GAPLESS says so rather than implying a selection that does not exist. What you can rely on is the level, earned on the hours actually delivered over a full calendar month, and the reviews, which can only be left by someone who really booked and paid.

A booking is a request the coach has to accept, the way it works on a marketplace. If it is still unanswered when the session gets within 24 hours, a scheduled job cancels it, refunds you in full automatically and puts the slot back on sale. You do not have to chase anybody for it.

It depends when. Cancel 24 hours or more before the session and you are refunded in full. Between 6 and 24 hours, you are refunded 50%. Under 6 hours, or once it has started, nothing is refunded. Cancelling yourself also costs you the booking fee.

You are refunded in full, booking fee included, whenever the cancellation comes from the coach and however late it happens. That is the one case where the fee comes back to you, because you did not choose to walk away from the session.

Report it from the session or the coach profile and support looks at it. A refund or a payment dispute freezes the coach payout instead of quietly settling in the platform favour, so the money is still there while the case is open. A partial refund only reduces the coach share by the same proportion, it does not wipe it out.

The 12 training drills, with no account and no subscription at all, and the game utilities, 8 of them, most needing only a free account. Creating a player account, creating a coach profile, publishing availability and messaging a coach before booking are free too. The free layer is not a trial and does not expire.

On Discord, in the channel you and the coach agree on. If you link your Discord account, a channel is created for each session automatically. GAPLESS handles the booking, the payment and the record of the session; the coaching itself happens where players already are.

An email address, and a username and avatar if you sign in through Discord. Nothing else is asked to open an account: no legal name, no postal address, no phone number. The Discord authorisation is limited to your public identity, so your messages, servers and friend list are never read. The database is hosted in the European Union, and card details are held by Stripe, never by GAPLESS.

Yes. You can delete your account and its data yourself from your profile page, without asking anyone. For access, rectification or portability, write to support@gapless.gg and you get an answer within 30 days at the latest, as the GDPR requires. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers to opt out of.
